Visionary, unifying, and deeply human, Laurence is the driving force behind PROSPEC. With over 15 years of field experience—including major events like Montréal’s 375th and C2 Montréal—she built a company in her own image: people-focused, excellence-driven, and future-oriented.
A graduate in event planning from Collège LaSalle, Laurence has always placed team well-being at the heart of her work. She believes every technician and colleague deserves recognition, respect—and even the occasional annual getaway. Her empathy, adaptability, and dedication to valuing each person make her an inspiring and trusted leader.

Organized, bold, and efficient, Maude brings a structuring energy to PROSPEC. With a degree in event management from Université Laval, she joined the team out of a shared passion for production. She loves guiding projects from A to Z, and even more, seeing them come to life on-site.
Whether coordinating special events or dreaming of producing Coachella or the Super Bowl, Maude thrives on large-scale challenges. She embodies reliability and rigour, with just the right touch of international ambition.

HR Lead & Production Support
Rigorous, dependable, and analytical, Marilou is a key asset in managing corporate events. With a background in administration and marketing, plus agency experience in coordination and social media, she quickly found her calling in event production.
At PROSPEC, she plans and executes jet-set events, happy hour, and corporate evenings with meticulous attention to detail. She also oversees HR, ensuring processes remain smooth, human, and efficient. Driven by new challenges and agile teamwork, Marilou is inspired by the vision of taking PROSPEC international.

Administrative & Finance Coordinator
The administrative backbone of PROSPEC, Alizée brings a unique background in film and publishing, blending creativity with structure. With a dual degree between Montréal and France, she manages freelancers, quotes, billing, accounts payable & receivable, and timesheets with surgical precision.
While she values organization, what drives her most is PROSPEC’s team spirit. Passionate about female leadership, she strives to combine her love of production and cinema while contributing to major projects like the FIFA World Cup and the South American editions of Lollapalooza.
